Role Description
Registered Manager – Community & Supported Living Care
MaChloay Care Ltd is a values-led care provider committed to delivering safe, responsive, and person-centred care to adults with diverse support needs. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our regulated services and support the organisation through growth and CQC registration.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Provide strong leadership to care and office teams, embedding a culture of quality, dignity, and accountability
• Oversee care delivery, care planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding processes
• Lead recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management of staff
• Ensure policies, procedures, and audits meet CQC and local authority standards
• Liaise with commissioners, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement and prepare for CQC inspections
Essential Requirements
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in Cummunity or supported living care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, KLOEs, and compliance frameworks
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK
Desirable
• Experience supporting complex needs, mental health, or supported living services
• Experience with service start-ups or new registrations
• Passion for person-centred, outcome-focused care
