We’re recruiting an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a Domiciliary Care service in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while driving service growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Lead, support, and develop care teams
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage rotas, audits, care plans, and service performance
- Drive quality improvements and business growth
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Registered Manager
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding home care
