We have vacancies for full-time senior support workers and team leaders in the Birmingham/Wolverhampton area (Please check you are applying for the correct role and location).
What You Will Be Doing
You will be inducted into one of our residential services and work as a team leader, delivering quality person-centred care. You will receive comprehensive mandatory training and shadow shifts before you start.
A typical day includes:
- Activity planning: person-centred activities tailored to your individuals' likes and well-being.
- Leadership: Managing your staff team and liaising with management.
- Providing essential care: personal care, medication assistance, routine management while promoting independence, dignity and choice.
- Documentation: care records, safeguarding reports, etc.

Requirements
- Team working and effective communication.
- Strong understanding of CQC and policies.
- Positive work ethic and ability to cope under pressure.
- Genuine passion for care and willingness to grow professionally.
- Right to work in the UK/ valid Visa status. (Please note we are not offering sponsorship)
- Previous experience in leadership is preferred.
