REGISTERED MANAGER – CHILDREN’S RESIDENTIAL CARE

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home, with responsibility for operations, safeguarding, Ofsted compliance, team leadership and quality of care.
Essential Requirements
- Proven Registered Manager experience in children’s residential care
- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience within the last 5 years
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations & compliance
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to complete
- Strong safeguarding & safer recruitment knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK – No sponsorship available
