About Us

At Continuity of Care Services, we are a dedicated home care and support provider committed to delivering reliable, compassionate, and highly personalised care. Led by Director and Registered Manager Victoria Walker, our mission is to ensure adults and children can live safely and comfortably in their own homes by prioritising consistency, genuine companionship, and expert clinical support.

Who We Are

Operating throughout Maidstone and the wider Kent region from our base at The Maidstone Studios, our organisation focuses on eliminating the high staff turnover common in the care sector. We build familiar, trusting relationships with our service users, taking the time to understand personal routines, individual preferences, and daily needs.

What We Do

We deliver an integrated suite of personalised home care and support solutions:

  • Domiciliary & Personal Care: Providing respectful assistance with morning routines, washing, dressing, mobility, and medication management.
  • Complex In-Home Care: Delivering specialised medical and physical support—including epilepsy management, PEG feeding, and support for individuals with physical disabilities (such as paraplegia).
  • Respite Support: Offering flexible temporary care, ranging from a few hours to several days, to give family caregivers essential rest and reassurance.
  • Companionship & Domestic Help: Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, and friendly social interaction to combat isolation.

Our Approach & Values

  • Consistency & Familiarity: Prioritising steady care teams so clients see familiar faces rather than constantly rotating staff.
  • Holistic Person-Centred Care: Focusing on the small details that bring comfort, ensuring care plans feel natural, friendly, and respectful.
  • Multi-Agency Collaboration: Working closely with families, local authorities, NHS nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless care packages.

Industry Role

We operate as a Specialised Domiciliary Care and Complex Support Provider. Our role is to act as a trusted community health partner, supplying the dependable in-home care infrastructure and clinical support necessary to help individuals maintain independence and safety at home.
