Optimum Care, Optimum Nurse, and MD Healthcare are part of the Optimum Care Group of companies.
Optimum Care Group was established by Paul and Lesley Megarity in 1993, and since then, the organisation has diversified and developed into one of the leading Health and Social Care organisations in Northern Ireland. Our activities are regulated by the Regulation Quality and Improvement Authority.
We have a broad range of services, from the provision of nursing and domiciliary care, provided under the name Optimum Care, through to high-quality nursing and residential care provided in comfortable, attractive, purpose-built care homes by our sister company, MD Healthcare.
High-quality care is at the heart of what we do, and through relentless pursuit of high standards, we aim to meet the needs of service users. We take pride in the achievements of our staff and work to develop their skills through ongoing professional development and the use of apprenticeships and recognised vocational training.
We continually seek new and innovative methods to help ensure that elderly, disabled, and vulnerable people live their lives as fully as possible, caring, because people matter.
