Here is how we support/reward our Care Assistants:
We Pay for the full shift and not just "Contact Time"
Full Time - £27,500 + p.a.(Mileage paid at .25p a mile)
Pension Provided
Privately Funded Care work available at £16 per Hour and £45p per mile
Full Training and funding for SVQ Qualifications available
Part - Time and "Bank" shift work also available
