Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve policies, procedures, and systems to CQC legislation, regulations, and best practice guidelines.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of your care staff and support workers to ensure they provide safe, effective, and compassionate care and support to our service users.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referrers and the Local Authorities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Monitor and review the quality of the service we provide and implement improvements where necessary.
- Manage the budget for the service and ensure that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
- Manage and oversee the administration and financial aspects of the service.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Qualified NVQ level 2 or 5 with:
- Domiciliary home care experience (5 years preferred)
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager (1 year preferred)
