Job Title: Registered Care Manager
Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee care services within our home care facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. This role offers an opportunity to lead a team, ensure the implementation of care plans, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery across multiple locations.
Duties
- Carry out care calls, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care delivery.
- Support the growth and development of the business, contributing to service improvement and expansion.
- Complete, review, and maintain accurate care plans and risk assessments.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for care staff and new trainees.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Provide support and supervision to care staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
- The candidate will be required to register with CQC.
- The candidate will also be required to train staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Health and Social Care or working toward Level 5.
- Previous experience in a senior care role preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A caring, professional, and proactive approach to supporting both clients and staff.
