Fairways Residential Home is a small, family-run dementia care home in Morecambe (not a chain). Due to increased staffing needs, we are urgently recruiting 4 Day Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team.
- Day shifts only – no nights
- Permanent contracts available
- Training provided – experience helpful but not essential
Shifts & Hours
- 8:00 am–2:00 pm
- 2:00 pm–8:00 pm
- Alternate weekends
- Contracts available: 18 or 24 hours per week
The Role
You will support residents with personal care, daily routines, emotional well-being, and companionship, always promoting dignity and independence.
About You
- Caring, reliable, and compassionate
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Experience in care is helpful but not required
