You will ensure Residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being.

- Contribute to the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the human resources involved in providing care through the staff team and ensuring that the required standards are maintained.
- Ensure all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date.
- Be responsible for all staff receiving formal supervision and appraisals.
- Oversee the duty rota monthly in advance, ensuring the correct skills and numbers on duty.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals you support.
- Experienced Home Manager within the Elderly care sector, with dementia care
- A thorough understanding of CQC standards – has achieved outstanding CQC reports throughout the period as a Registered Manager. xlqdzyr
- Required: NVQ Level 4, working towards Level 5, or have this already
- Required: Good IT skills in MS Word, excel and PowerPoint.
- Has the ability to run a 40-bed service
- Has the ability to support a staff team of 60
- Has some experience with Atlas and Person Centred or similar
