Essential Requirements
Proven experience as a Home Manager in an elderly care/nursing home setting
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of compliance and quality outcomes
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
Commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets and driving occupancy
NMC registration desirable but not essential
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their flagship care home in Partington, Manchester.
In This Role, You Will
Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and high-quality care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC, maintaining the highest standards of care and support
Oversee financial performance, managing budgets effectively and achieving financial targets
Drive occupancy through proactive marketing and relationship building with families, professionals, and the wider community
Work closely with residents and their families to ensure personalised, compassionate care plans are delivered
Collaborate with Operations, Central Support, and in-house teams (Deputy Manager, Administrator, Housekeeping, and Hospitality Manager) to ensure smooth running of the home
