Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Home Manager in an elderly care/nursing home setting
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, with a track record of compliance and quality outcomes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets and driving occupancy
- NMC registration desirable but not essential
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead their flagship care home in Partington, Manchester.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team, fostering a culture of kindness, empathy, and high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC, maintaining the highest standards of care and support
- Oversee financial performance, managing budgets effectively and achieving financial targets
- Drive occupancy through proactive marketing and relationship building with families, professionals, and the wider community
- Work closely with residents and their families to ensure personalised, compassionate care plans are delivered
Collaborate with Operations, Central Support, and in-house teams (Deputy Manager, Administrator, Housekeeping, and Hospitality Manager) to ensure smooth running of the home
