Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Registered Manager - Nursing based in Chesterfield. The Registered Manager will oversee the nursing team's daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and the well-being and independence of customers.
Key tasks include managing staff, developing care plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, with proven experience in supervising and supporting staff.
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory care standards, health and safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish positive relationships with staff, clients, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience in creating and implementing care plans and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Qualifications in nursing (e.g., RN or equivalent) and active registration with the relevant professional body.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively while meeting operational goals.
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and respect in the workplace.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare or social care sector is desirable.
