The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and develop the Heritage Healthcare Northampton branch. This is a key leadership role responsible for the overall management, performance, and continued growth of the service.
As Registered Manager, you will ensure the branch operates to the highest standards of care, compliance, and professionalism while driving sustainable growth and maintaining our reputation for delivering outstanding home care services in the local community.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage and develop a dedicated care team, build relationships within the local community and ensure that every client receives compassionate, high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is ideal for a confident leader who is passionate about improving care standards and building a positive, supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- CQC Compliance
- Ensure the service meets and exceeds regulatory standards, maintaining a “Good” or “Outstanding” rating through strong governance, robust systems, and continuous quality improvement.
- Business Growth & Community Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with local healthcare professionals, community organisations, and referral partners to increase awareness of Heritage Healthcare Northampton and grow the client base.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a dedicated team of care professionals. Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to ensure staff feel valued, confident, and motivated to deliver exceptional care.
- Operational Management
- Oversee all aspects of the service, including care planning, risk management, scheduling, compliance, and performance monitoring to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within the care sector.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance frameworks, and inspection standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to support the growth and development of the branch.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
