The Service
Located in the heart of Walsall, Lonsdale House is a purpose-built property, offering care and accommodation to individuals over the age of 18.
We assist people with the management and recovery of psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and more, so that people can achieve independence, their future goals and lead fulfilling lives.
Through working with us and being treated as an individual, we can halt potential crises and ultimately provide people with long-term changes that enable them to return and help them to remain in their own homes.

Our dedicated and skilled staff build up a detailed understanding of each individual’s needs to help provide the most tailored and therapeutic care and support plan
- Step-down provision for individuals recently discharged from the hospital
- Step-up provision to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions
- Crisis accommodation for up to 7 days, offering a safe and supportive environment as an alternative to inpatient care
- Rehabilitation accommodation for up to 2 years, focusing on recovery and independence
The Role
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Registered Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality care and support services for people with mental health needs, as well as engage with their families and carers.
Our successful candidate will ensure compliance with CQC standards and the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), while being accountable for key performance indicators linked to quality, compliance, and service viability.
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience and knowledge in mental health services, crisis and rehabilitation care, and CQC-regulated environments.
The Individual
- 2 years as a Registered Manager within the Mental Health and Learning Difficulties service.
- Demonstratable knowledge and experience of complex care provision
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and key lines of enquiry.
- Experience in budgetary management and analysing financial performance.
- Be accountable for key performance indicators related to the quality, compliance, and viability of services.
