Provision: Therapeutic Children’s EBD Home (3-bed)

Salary: £42,000 – £52,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An established and growing residential care provider is seeking an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead the development and registration of a brand-new 3-bed therapeutic home.

Key Responsibilities
- Register with Ofsted and lead the opening of a new children’s home
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing staff team
- Deliver high-quality, therapeutic and trauma-informed care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards
- Promote positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural needs
- Create a safe, stable and nurturing home environment
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 / Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (minimum)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
- At least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment
- Experience supporting young people with EBD and complex needs
- Commitment to professional development
