Clinical Home Manager (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a confident and driven Clinical Home Manager to lead Barnes Lodge, our 101-bed home in Tonbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a large, well-established service and make a real impact.
You’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding, person-centred care, leading a committed team, and ensuring the home runs smoothly, safely, and in line with CQC standards. Just as importantly, you’ll foster a positive, accountable culture where both residents and colleagues feel valued and supported.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing a large care home
- Active NMC PIN with strong elderly and nursing care expertise
- Solid understanding of CQC requirements
- A confident, motivating leadership style
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for high-quality care
