We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a new Parent and Child Assessment Centre at Cedars. This is a rare opportunity not only to shape a service from the ground up, but to grow quickly into a senior position as we expand — with the potential to oversee multiple homes and play a key role in building the wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home
• Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
• Lead, support, and develop a strong staff team
• Build positive relationships with local authorities and professionals
• Ensure high-quality assessments and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar setting
• Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine, empathetic approach to working with families
• Organised, reliable, and solution-focused
