Registered Manager – Adult Residential Care
Location: Derby, DE23 6FN
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexibility required)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing.
In this role you will be responsible for the overall management of the service, leading your team to deliver person-centred support while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and development of staff teams
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care, independence, and wellbeing
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources to ensure effective and sustainable service delivery
- Oversee quality assurance, care planning, and risk management processes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high standards of care
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within social care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and team performance
- Passion for delivering person-centred care and developing teams
Desirable:
- Experience working within residential care settings
- Knowledge of supporting adults with complex needs
- Full UK driving licence
