Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service across Nottingham. This is a key leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference, ensuring clients receive safe, high-quality, and person-centred care in the comfort of their own homes.
You’ll take a hands-on approach to overseeing daily operations, supporting your team, and maintaining high standards in line with CQC requirements. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in domiciliary care, dementia support, and team leadership—someone who is passionate about delivering care that truly impacts lives within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain excellent service standards
- Develop and review personalised care plans, including dementia and complex care
- Recruit, train, and support care staff to achieve their full potential
- Oversee medication management and accurate care documentation
- Carry out audits, spot checks, and quality assurance reviews
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, families, and professionals
- Manage rotas, staffing, and day-to-day operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to service growth
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
- Eligible to register with the CQC
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Experience in dementia care, safeguarding, and medication management
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
