Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Care Manager at THE CARING COMPANY RUTLAND LTD, located in Oakham, UK. The Registered Care Manager will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care services, manage care staff, ensure compliance with care regulations, and liaise with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating and managing care plans, handling case management, delivering staff training, and maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Case Management and Social Services to ensure the effective coordination of care and support services
- Strong background in Elder Care, including creating individualised care plans and improving client quality of life
- Experience in Training and mentoring care staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery
- Knowledge or experience in Medicine to address specific healthcare needs and collaborate with medical professionals
- Strong understanding of relevant care regulations and compliance standards (e.g., Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Quality Commission)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to manage a care team efficiently
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience in domiciliary care management
