Papillon Home Care are recruiting home care workers to provide home care/support services to vulnerable people in their homes or community settings. This may include providing personal, emotional, social and physical support.

Requirements

Female carers only (genuine occupational requirement)
Driver with access to a vehicle due to client locations
Must live locally to the Folkestone/Hythe/Hawkinge area
Availability for some weekend work (every other weekend)

Full training and induction provided.

We have regular care packages coming in weekly and can offer consistent hours to reliable carers with flexible availability.

Immediate starts available for experienced carers with a DBS on the update service. Full training and induction for those new to care.

Home Care Worker Duties:

As a care worker you will provide care and support to our clients within their own homes. We offer full training to those new to care. The support you give can include:

Personal Care
Domestic support
Meal Preparation
Medication Support
Companionship
Outings
Social care
Emergency assistance
Promoting independence

Most calls are 30–45 minutes – no rushed 15-minute visits.

An enhanced DBS will be required.
