Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Pudsey, Leeds (LS28)
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per year + £5,000 Welcome Bonus

We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Registered Manager to lead one of our West Yorkshire homes, build a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional outcomes for young people.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers
- Oversee induction, training, performance management, and rota planning
- Maintain high-quality documentation (care plans, risk assessments, safeguarding records)
- Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations
- Work with senior leadership to achieve Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
- Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children to thrive
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supervising staff in a children’s residential setting
- Previous role as a Deputy Manager or similar
- Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to complete within 2 years)
- Full UK driving license
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
- Experience supporting children with challenging behaviors
- Flexibility to support the Rota when required
