About the Service
Springburn is a supported living service based in the North of Glasgow. There are 5 flats with the capacity to house individuals to have their own flat and there is a staff office onsite.
About the Role
This role isn’t just about being accountable for the operational leadership. It’s to champion continuous improvement through reflective practice, innovation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You’ll embed best practice and foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. As a Registered Manager, we want you to ensure the services meet the needs of autistic adults.
What You’ll Do
- Be accountable for the delivery of a regulated service.
- Lead on staff retention creating a positive, values-driven team environment.
- Work with HR and the regional leadership team to build a resilient team of Support Workers.
- Monitor and analyse key service data through digital dashboards to inform improvement actions and meet compliance expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience managing services for autistic adults, people with learning disabilities, or individuals with complex needs.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, safeguarding, and autism-specific frameworks (e.g. SPELL, PBS, TEACCH).
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience coaching and motivating staff.
- Competent in using care management systems, digital reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
This advert is for a full-time position at 35 Hours per week.
