GMT’s Tier 3.5 and Intensive Support Services work across education, health, and social care systems to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions, support safe discharge pathways, stabilise crisis presentations, and create sustainable community-based outcomes.

The Head of Tier 3.5 Services & CQC Registered Manager will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across GMT’s Tier 3.5 and Intensive Support Services.
The post holder will:
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager for GMT’s regulated activities

- Support workforce development and ensure services remain aligned with GMT’s vision, mission, and values.
The role will also work in partnership with the Head of the Intensive Support Team to oversee the Intensive Support Team under GMT’s TDDI registration requirements and ensure compliance with all associated regulatory frameworks.
