Registered Manager – Residential Drug & Alcohol Rehab
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: 40-60k
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation service.
This is an operational management role focused on ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the service, including staff management, admissions, rotas, safeguarding, health & safety, medication oversight, complaints handling, and maintaining high care standards.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience within health & social care
- At least 1 year of experience within a residential drug & alcohol rehab environment
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and CQC standards
- Confident in managing staff teams and operational responsibilities
- Ideal candidates will have experience within addiction recovery, residential services, mental health, or therapeutic environments.
