Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities
- Assist with cleaning, sterilising, setting up and assembling of medical equipment
- Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
- Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse
- Weigh, lift, turn and position patients
- Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
- Supervise patients' exercise routines
- Bathe, dress and groom patients
- Transport patients between care facilities
- Transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher
- Answer call signals to determine patients' needs
- Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving and sterilising the operative areas
- Administer first aid in emergencies
