Pay: £60000.00 Basic salary per annum + £8000.00 bonus for achieving Good or Outstanding.
Bonus: £5000.00 Bonus once Ofsted registration Is Granted.
Note: Sick pay (21 Days Full pay + SSP).
33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays.

An outstanding Children's Registered Manager to lead this home into existence and create something truly special for young people who deserve stability, care and life-changing support.
We are not looking to micromanage someone; we are looking for a LEADER.
Someone who knows children's residential care, someone who understands Ofsted, someone who wants to create a home they are proud to put their name to.
Once the home is stable, the team is embedded, and the young people are settled, the Registered Manager will move to: 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.
Not because we expect less from the manager, but because we actually understand sustainable leadership, work-life balance and developing the Deputy Manager into future leadership.
