Registered Manager – Children’s Services (Learning Disabilities & EBD)
Are you an experienced and passionate leader ready to make a real difference in the lives of children with learning disabilities and emotional & behavioural difficulties (EBD)?
We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, therapeutic, and person-centred care in line with Ofsted standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a children’s residential service supporting young people with learning disabilities and EBD
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and safeguarding standards
• Promote positive outcomes through structured, therapeutic approaches
• Support, mentor, and develop staff teams
• Maintain high standards of care, behaviour management, and documentation
Requirements:
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children’s residential services (LD/EBD preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
• Experience managing behaviours that challenge
• Strong leadership, resilience, and communication skills
