The role

This is a dual role: CQC Registered Manager and business developer. You'll hold registration for the service and be accountable for safe, compliant, person-centred care while actively driving growth. Expect regular travel to meet commissioners, secure new packages and represent Phenomenal Healthcare across the region. This isn't purely an operational post; finding and securing new business is central to it.

What you'll do

Hold CQC registration and lead the service to consistently meet and exceed standards
Oversee the delivery of complex care packages with clinical confidence and rigour
Build and manage relationships with commissioners, local authorities and ICBs to secure new business
Identify growth opportunities, tender for and win new packages of care
Lead, develop and support the care team
Ensure compliance, safeguarding and quality governance throughout

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a CQC Registered Manager (essential)
Clinical background (e.g. RGN/RMN) strongly preferred
Proven experience in complex care
A genuine business-development mindset comfortable with winning new work, not just managing existing services
Confidence working directly with commissioners and decision-makers
Willingness to travel regularly to secure and maintain business
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
