Registered Manager – Children's Residential EBD Homes
About Us
QS Recruitment are recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee two neighboring, solo-placement Ofsted registered EBD children's homes in Burton upon Trent.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a provider with a strong reputation for therapeutic, trauma-informed care, with all existing homes rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
The homes operate as solo-placement services, allowing the Registered Manager to focus on delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for
- Leading and developing the staff team
- Ensuring Ofsted compliance and safeguarding standards
- Managing care plans, risk assessments and outcomes
- Supporting children with EBD needs
- Working closely with the Deputy Manager, Responsible Individual and clinical team
- Driving continuous improvement across both homes
Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Experience supporting children with EBD needs
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
Benefits
- £60,000 salary + £10,000 bonus
- Burton upon Trent location
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
