Job Title: Quality Officer
Location: 70% field-based, 30% office-based - Cambridgeshire
Salary: £14 per hour

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a quality officer to join our established team in Northamptonshire. A quality officer will support our clients and care workers via field-based work in line with CQC requirements.
Caroline Cares For You is an award-winning Live in Care provider that provides Block care/support, Live in and Night Care services, enabling our clients to remain in their homes for longer. We offer an individually tailored, high-quality home care across Northamptonshire.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Providing supervision and support to our care staff.
- Completing probation reviews and supervisions for our care staff.
- Completing announced and unannounced spot checks.
- Carrying out administrative duties related to the role, including writing medication records, care plans and creating relevant reports.
- On-call phone duties on a rota basis.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Must have previous experience within the Care sector.
- Must be good at problem-solving and like a challenge.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Has a great client-focused passion.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Our Requirements
- Able to drive and hold a full, clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved.
- Experience working with Microsoft Packages.
- Have a good understanding of CQC standards
