Lead our domiciliary care service, oversee daily operations, manage and support staff, ensure CQC compliance, complete care assessments and reviews, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous Care Manager/Registered Care Manager experience
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with CQC inspections is desirable
- Previous Domiciliary Experience
