Responsibilities
This position has been designed to allow you to focus on quality, compliance and leadership.
With dedicated support from an in-house Recruitment & Training Coordinator and an experienced Trainer, you’ll have the time and resources to lead the service, develop your team and continue driving quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as the Registered Manager.
- Lead the day-to-day management of a high-quality domiciliary care service.
- Maintain and improve CQC compliance, quality standards and governance.
- Lead audits, spot checks, service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and review person-centred care plans, assessments and risk assessments.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to office and care teams.
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
- Ensure safe and effective allocation of care packages.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and developing high-performing teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection standards.
- Experience leading quality assurance and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
