Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Nominated Individual based in Coventry. The Nominated Individual will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with CQC standards, maintaining high standards of care delivery, and leading the development of person-centered approaches to care.
The role involves liaising with stakeholders, managing operational processes, supporting the care team, and fostering a culture of improvement and excellence in care services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in managing and leading care teams, and implementing person-centered care strategies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including service users, families, and external agencies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and overseeing care services to ensure operational efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to uphold company values and ethical caregiving practices
- Relevant professional qualification in Health and Social Care or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a care setting
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
