Registered Manager – Children’s Home

Every child deserves to feel safe, valued and supported. As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you'll create an environment where children can recover from difficult experiences, build positive relationships and develop the confidence to thrive.

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate leader who can inspire a dedicated team, create a positive culture and ensure every child receives the exceptional care they deserve. You'll lead by example, providing stability, guidance and encouragement while making sure the home is a place where children feel secure, respected and able to reach their potential.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in residential childcare
Previous experience managing and supervising staff
Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
