As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at PLAN IT HOME CARE, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals in their own homes. Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management in their homes.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Document and report changes in client conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities as required.
Job Type: Fulltime, Part time
Qualifications
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work shifts, be flexible, adaptable and open to upskilling and improvement

- Right to Work in the UK.
- Full UK driving License and assess to personal vehicle to commute
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant certifications in care are an advantage.
