About HATS
Healthcare And Transport Services (HATS) Group provides services for the transport of children and adults with special needs for the majority of the London Boroughs and has operations across the UK in Birmingham, Manchester and Luton. HATS also provides high-quality non-emergency and high dependency and mental health patient transport services (PTS) to the NHS, Local Authorities and their associated bodies.
Many of those service users and patients entrusted to HATS care are vulnerable individuals including those with severe learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex needs, social, emotional and behavioural difficulties as well as mainstream.
Job Description
FREC 4 Emergency Care Assistant
You will be working on an HDU patient transfer service that has set great standards that we now want to develop further. We are looking to recruit FREC 4 qualified crews with a Level 3 Emergency Response Ambulance Driving qualifications.
You will be an experienced ECA with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with evidence of CPD who is able to work closely with hospital teams and use your skills to support the team around you.
You will be given support with CPD and help to develop your skills.
We need colleagues who can provide great care and support to all patients travelling with us. You will be caring and compassionate and have a great ability to talk to patients.

Working - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
Salary: £15.85 per hour
