Care Assistant Job Details:
- Days or Nights available
- £12.75ph with pay increase in April and paid breaks
- 12-hour shifts
- Full Time Permanent contract
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care
- Supporting residents with mobility
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with meal times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Keeping accurate records of care provided
- Reporting any changes in residents' conditions
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
- Previous experience in an HCA or Support Worker role
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
