Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated x2 Healthcare support workers to join our team in Hackney, London.
This role involves providing quality care and support to the client in his home. The successful candidate will play a vital part in enhancing the well-being and independence of our client, ensuring he receives personalised and respectful care.

The role requires successful post‑holders (double‑handed shift) to provide support as follows:
45‑minute morning call at 8:00am
30‑minute midday call at 1:00pm
30‑minute evening call
- Weekly Community Access:
- 1 hour per week for community activities, shopping, and related tasks, to be used flexibly according to need
Duties
- Assisting clients with daily activities and personal care - such as washing, dressing, and mobility
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided using our IT systems and papers
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients
- Mobility support as a client is wheelchair bound
- Communicating effectively with the client to ensure consistent care delivery
Skills
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to operate IT systems for record keeping and documentation, including papers
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in lone working setting
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience working within home care environment, or care home is advantageous
- Knowledge of care plans and procedures to deliver tailored support effectively
