Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining clients’ dignity and independence.
- Support clients with medication and healthcare routines as directed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report any changes in clients’ needs or wellbeing.
- Promote safety, respect, dignity, and wellbeing in all aspects of care delivery.
About You
- Hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Have a valid and enhanced DBS certificate.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate a caring, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Be committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
