Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Homecare Manager (CQC) to lead a well-established service in Birkenhead - Wirral hub l – up to £40,000 DOE + performance bonus.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced domiciliary manager who wants to focus on quality, leadership, and service development, with a strong infrastructure behind them.
You won’t be doing it alone – there’s central support across HR, Quality, Recruitment, IT, and Digital Care Planning, so you can concentrate on running an outstanding service.
The role will include:
- Holding CQC registration and maintaining compliance
- Leading and developing care and office teams
- Driving quality through audits, supervisions and training
- Managing rotas, staffing, and service performance
- Building strong relationships with families and commissioners
- Supporting service growth and positive outcomes
About you:
- Experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve standards
- Passion for person-centred care
