Role Description
- We are seeking a full-time Registered Manager for an on-site position located in Crewe.
- The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential home
- You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a safe and supportive environment for young people.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the staff team
- Implementing care plans
- Maintaining high-quality service
- Developing a constructive and positive culture within the home.
- The role also involves budgeting, providing leadership, and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion within the team.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and team coordination skills.
- Thorough understanding of care standards, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans for young people with emotional and behavioral needs.
- Budget management and resource allocation proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for young people.
- Relevant Level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within children's residential care is advantageous.
- Good and/or outstanding OFSTED ratings in the past.
