Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Manager (Ofsted / Children's). The Registered Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with care standards and regulations, manage staff, and develop and implement care plans. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing guidance to team members, liaising with external agencies, and fostering a culture of compassionate, high-quality care. The role requires effective leadership to support children, young people, and adults with complex needs, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
Qualifications
- Leadership and managerial skills to oversee staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Experience in care planning, risk assessment, and supporting individuals with complex needs
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies
- Relevant professional qualifications in health, social care, or a related field (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent)
- Experience in safeguarding and working with regulatory bodies
- Compassion, resilience, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Proficiency in administration, reporting, and management software tools
