Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new children’s residential service based in Swadlincote (DE11).
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new start-up service, with flexibility around the service type (LD or EBD), although LD experience is preferred.
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £65,000 (DOE) + bonus
- Opportunity for dual registration, progressing to Responsible Individual (RI)
- Long-term progression into an in-house trainer role

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations
- Leadership experience with a focus on quality and compliance
- Open to dual registration and progression opportunities
