Health Care Assistant
Pay: £24,420.00-£34,271.03 per year

Responsibilities
- Assist residents or clients with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication reminders
- Support the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each person's needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life
- Maintain accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to ensure consistent care delivery
- Drive or accompany clients as required for appointments or outings in accordance with organisational policies
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures
- Assist with light domestic tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for maintaining electronic care records
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles involving home visits or the transportation of clients
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in caring for others
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
