Duties
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting the development and implementation of personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents and clients
- Assisting with medication administration as per training and guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Driving or accompanying residents to appointments or outings as required
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members, residents, and their families to ensure consistent care delivery
Experience
- Prior experience working within a care home or home care environment is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately
- Good IT skills for maintaining electronic records and documentation
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- A valid driving licence is preferred for roles involving the transportation of residents or clients
- Compassionate nature with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively

Pay: £24,420.00-£31,113.35 per year
