Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast for a Registered Manager of Domiciliary Care. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include managing care plans, supervising and training staff, liaising with families and healthcare professionals, growing and developing business, acquiring new business, working with the marketing and sales team, and ensuring operational efficiency.
You will also play a critical role in driving improvements, addressing client needs, and contributing to the continuous development of Harley Jai Care’s services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Northern Ireland NHS frameworks, Case Management, and Social Services
- Expertise in Elder Care and supporting individuals with complex needs
- Experience in conducting Training and equipping teams to deliver high-quality care
- A background in Social care, clinical, or related healthcare fields is highly desirable
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Autonomous and has excellent and proven decision-making skills
- Has extensive experience in risk assessments and management of the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care service
- Proven ability to manage, support, and develop staff teams
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Level 5 Diploma or above preferred)
