Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Salary: £31,000-£35,000
Contract: Full-time | Shifts including sleep-ins
About the Role
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a 3-bedded children's home in Erdington, supporting young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting young people with daily routines and activities
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Always promoting safeguarding and wellbeing
- Supporting behaviour management and emotional development
- Encouraging independence and life skills
- Taking part in fun activities, outings, and education support
- Completing daily logs and reports
You'll play a key role in ensuring a safe and nurturing home environment, where young people can thrive.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour calmly
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
Desirable:
- Level 3 in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare
- Experience in EBD or residential care
- Full UK driving licence
